These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile application Spending Tracker & Budgeting (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that you are at least the legal age required in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract, and you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited Activities

While using the App you must not:

• Use the App to transmit unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or other users' data.
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or interfere with other users.

App Availability & Updates

We strive to keep the App available and up-to-date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be unavailable at times for maintenance, updates, or due to causes beyond our control. We may release updates, bug fixes, or new features at our discretion. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Termination
